We do not do one time mowing's or single service mowing. Customers must have at least two services (Example: Spring Clean up and Mowing or Fertilizer and mowing)

Yes Pre pay customer receive 3% Pre payments must be cash or check to not incur Credit card fees payment must be received by 3/15
