Dear Rick,
Just a little note to let you know how happy I am to have your company to cut my lawn. The young men that come to cut our lawn on Fridays are the best. I want you to know that they came to our yard at 6:50 pm last Friday it was getting dark. They did a beautiful job even in the dark. After all the wet miserable weather, they gave 100%. Hope you are lucky enough to have more workers like them.

"We had our children's birthday party on the patio this Saturday and the large space made for a great party with everyone near the house and not crowded and way less grass tracked in my house than otherwise would have been the case. We love it! My Dad was impressed by your work at our house and I hope that you can make him as happy we are. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and we got exactly what we wanted the first time.
